  • Do you provide site-seeing tour bookings?
    Yes, we have an in-house transport company called UNICAB which provides a number of services including site-seeing tours.  Click on this link to see the site-seeing brochure.
  • I have forgotten an item in the room, has it been found and can it be sent to me?
    For any items left behind in hotel rooms, please contact Hotel Guest Relations on HotelGR_Emperors@pger.co.za 
  • Is there a shuttle to the local shopping centres, the East Rand Mall and Eastgate Mall?
    UNICAB offers a private car service at R200 one way. Please contact unicab@emperorspalace.com for more information.
  • Are there paraplegic rooms / facilities at the hotel and on complex?
    Yes all four hotels offer disabled facilities.
  • Is there allocated parking on complex?
    Emperors Palace offers a substantial number of parking bays around each of the hotels as well as a multi-story car park.
  • Is there a fee to enter the premises if I am staying in the hotel?
    No, please enter through the tollgate with proof of your reservation.
  • Is there a pillow menu?
    A pillow menu is offered at the 5-star Peermont D’oreale Grande Hotel.
  • Do I lose my deposit / pre-payment  if I cancel my booking? 
    Our normal cancellation policy allows for bookings to be cancelled up to 18h00 on the day that your arrival was scheduled. Should you cancel your reservation after 18h00 we will charge 100% cancellation fees. From time to time we will promote certain accommodation deals where a deposit is not refundable should you cancel irrespective of how long in advance you cancel. Always remember to read the terms and conditions when making a reservation.
  • Can you send me a copy of the invoice for my stay? 
    Yes – upon checkout please inform your receptionist that you would like to have your invoice mailed to you. You might be asked for your e-mail address if we do not have it on your profile already.
  • What is the children’s breakfast rate?
    Aurelia’s R155, Oriana  R135, Primavera R110, F.L.A.G. R110 - Children 0-3 No charge; Children 4-5  75% off the full price, Children 6-12  50% off the full price.
  • Are there extra length beds?  
    Yes – all our king size beds are extra length.
  • Are there paraplegic rooms / facilities at the hotel and on complex?
    Yes – all our hotels offer special assist rooms and disabled parking facilities. The resort as a whole is wheelchair friendly.

  • Are your rates commissionable and what is the commission percentage?
    We do have commissionable rates based on corporate agreements signed. Please contact the Group Sales Department on 011 928 1903 or email sales @peermont.com for more information.
  • Are your conference venues sound proofed?
    Yes indeed.
  • Where can I use my corporate meal voucher? 
    You can redeem your corporate meal voucher at any of our food and beverage establishments on the resort.

playing the tables

  • What is the table set up for baccarat?
    On our Baccarat tables we offer a wide range of differentials from R200 to R50, 000, R500 to R75, 000, R1,000 to R100, 000, R1,000 to R150, 000 and R2,000 to R200, 000. Apart from one table all our Baccarat games are a no–commission Baccarat.
  • Do the Roulette tables have a minimum amount for call bets?
    With Racetrack we take as many call bets as humanly possible.
