• The rate EXCLUDES breakfast.
• The room rate is applicable to single or double occupancy only, maximum of 2 persons per room.
• Rates are non-commissionable.
• Rate is subject to availability. In the event that the rate is sold out on a particular night, the best available rate will be offered instead.
• Rate cannot be combined with other promotional rates or discounts.
• Rate is non-refundable. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of pre-payment.
• The rate is quoted in ZAR for South African properties and BWP for Botswana properties.
• The rate is inclusive of 15% VAT and 1% Tourism levy for South African properties and 12% VAT but excludes Tourism Levy of BWP10.00 per person per night for Botswana properties.
• Offer not applicable to the Tour segment (FIT or groups), leisure, sport or conference groups.
