SA Team Hosted Before Culinary Olympics

On Saturday evening, April 27 Emperors Palace’s Aurelia’s Restaurant hosted a SA Olympic Chefs Dinner as the South African National Culinary Squad started their preparations in earnest for the IKA Culinary Olympics which takes place in Stuttgart, Germany in February 2020. Among the guests who enjoyed the delicious three-course meal prepared by these top chefs were the Palace of Dreams’ Complex Operations Executive, Clive Tavener (second left) and Peermont Hotel & Resort Hospitality Executive, Dave Milne (second right) who are pictured here with SA National Culinary Team Manager and executive chef, Trevor Boyd (middle) and the Team’s Logistics members, Craig Henley (left) and Lesley Jacobs (right).
