Herb crusted rack of lamb served with rosemary infused red wine sauce

Roast Pork neck Roulade rubbed with Chinese 5 spice and stuffed with sage and mixed nuts served with an apple sauce

Deep fried Line Fish fillets served with a chili and tomato salsa
